Strictly complying with a Food Safety Management System and supported by word-class laboratories and state-of-the-art test equipment, our production facilities are constantly monitored and upgraded to provide our customers with the highest quality packaging. The quality of our products and our high health and safety standards are what distinguishes us from the competition.
Plants and Manufacturing Lines
Our internationally-approved manufacturing plants are fully integrated and equipped with cutting-edge technology. Adhering to stringent quality control systems such as video inspection cameras, light testing, and statistical process control (SPC), they are closely monitored and constantly upgraded to provide the highest quality of beverage packaging. In addition to being equipped with the latest monitoring and manufacturing technologies, all our plants comply with the best practices for green operations, implementing continuous metal down gauging programs and various energy and material saving projects.
Our second 2-piece Can aluminum manufacturing plant was
commissioned in 1995 with the technical support of PAC
international. Equipped with complete visual inspection, the
aluminum line is capable of producing the 250ml container
with a 200 neck profile and the 355ml container, with either
202 or 206 neck profiles.
